After an extensive workplace study and design of their London headquarters, ASOS asked us to develop a strategy to roll out the design and new ways of working internationally. Their Paris-based team had been working from a co-working hub and needed their own front door as they grow the French side of their business. We applied the design style and new ways of working developed in London to their chosen office space – a traditional, Parisian apartment.
The new space looks and feels like a fashion house – with spotlights illuminating the space, branded graphics and integrated product – while retaining and revealing the building’s original features. We’ve opened up the building, traditionally intended for residential use, by placing key facilities in locations that best encourage movement between teams and spaces. In essence, we’ve designed ASOS Paris their own coworking hub that allows them to grow by 200% without the need for building works or furniture moves.
