Introducing Nathalia, April's 'Most Valuable Player' (MVP)!

We have some truly amazing people here in The Lab and we feel they deserve a special treat. So every month we all nominate one person from the team that we think has best demonstrated our five values: real, together, dynamic, visionary and smart. A randomly selected panel of judges then get together to battle it out and decide who should win the coveted MVP title.

So what made our Nathalia such a worthy winner? Here's what a few of the voters had to say...

Amazing to work with and deserves recognition for all the work she's doing across multiple projects - AMAZING!

She works really hard and never complains about it. It's nice to have people like her around.”

"Because she is a trooper, because she is smart, because she is patient, because she is honest, because she is a good friend, because she gave up her free evening to help me in my time of need. Because she is so underrated!"

Nathalia worked as an architect for over 6 years in her home country of Brazil before making the move over to London. Having now been with Spacelab for almost two years Nathalia has consistently demonstrated her incredible talent on all projects that she's worked on, including Goodwood, Boden's contact centre in Leicester and the University of London. There's no doubt that she's definitely a worthy winner and a much loved member of the team!

Stay tuned to find out who wins MVP next month.
