After just five weeks on the drawing board, and eight on site, EMAP’s financial services division had a new home. Each of the three floors of office space were individually designed to best meet their different functions, with signature design elements creating continuity through them all.

A lowered plywood ceiling element is the central design feature and it creates a visual link between all three floors. Functional as well as aesthetic, it runs the length of the circulation area and can fold down to create walls where and when they’re required.
