The new space for this large insurance company was built on site in just 10 weeks. Link & Zenith Insurance wanted to move from two buildings into one to create a more integrated workforce and culture. So we led the fast refurbishment and fit-out of three floors of an existing building.

The fundamental principle of the design was integration. We set out to break down conventional concepts of space as formal and informal, instead designing a space of total flexibility. Separate, designated areas remain, but movement through the space is more fluid, and as a result interaction and communication are greatly improved.
