This project is a part new build and part refurbishment of a 1930's art deco building in a prominent position on Seven Sisters Road. The buidling was originially built as a department store but has since fallen into disrepair.

The scheme creates new infill development around a central courtyard and a new floor on top of the existing 4 storey building. The project creates 111 flats of 1,2 & 3 bed flats types with 25% Affordable Housing as part of the development. The scheme is expected to start on site January 2009 and be completed in June 2010.
