Located on Archway Road (the A1), one of the main arteries into central London, this scheme is a new build residential project for Origin Housing Group. The current proposal is for a 9 storey building scheme comprising of 26 units for market rental and shared ownership.

The design of the scheme creates a building with layered wraparound sculptured facades and the flats themselves provide generous balconies and living space to each flat. The building has been designed to sustainable code level 4 and construction is expected to start on site in August 2010.
