Located on Archway Road (the A1), one of the main arteries into central London, this scheme is a new build residential project for Origin Housing Association in conjunction with Joseph Homes comprising of 41 units for market rental. The current proposal is for a 12 storey building which will consist of two towers, one of 10 storeys and one of 12 storeys.

The building will provide balconies to each flat as well as a communal sky garden on the 10th floor which will create a green oasis and stunning views of London to the south. The project is expected to be submitted for planning in October 2008.
