Spacelab have been appointed as Architects to design a scheme adjacent to the Old Town Square in Enfield Town Centre. The site is the former Cinema building which will be demolished to make way for a mixed use scheme which will connect the town square with Church Street via Burleigh Way creating a new plaza with ground floor commercial activity.

The floors above the ground floor will consist of 55 apartments which will be a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bed flats. The scheme has been designed to the sensitivities of the local area with the break in building types and form being related to the local vernacular.
