This development of 80 dwellings on the outskirts of Bedford has been designed to be sustainable through the flexibility of space. The houses can be extended relatively easily to cater for a families changing needs. The scheme has a mixture of 1, 2,3 & 4 bed dwellings ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys relating to the local topography.

The accessibility of the layout of the development creates a natural policing of the streets which has been designed in line with designing out crime. The development is organised around a central community landscaped green square and also incorporates 32 dwellings which are for Affordable Housing.
