Our proposal for the Morecombe Bay development was to create a landscaped urban park with seamlessly integrated leisure, commercial and residential spaces. The idea was to regenerate the site by providing mixed use facilities that would attract a new community and extend the heart of the town.

The plan brings life to the site and energy to Morecombe Bay by providing a theatre, bars and spaces for small businesses. The park itself also provides facilities for activities including tennis and basketball, and accommodates a war memorial, areas for contemplation and places to stroll and walk the dog.
