Spacelab named 'Interior Design Practice of the Year'!

By Katie Mitchelmore on 29 November 2018

We’re so excited to have been named ‘Interior Design Practice of the Year’ in the FX Awards!

We set out sixteen years ago with the belief that great design should be approached from the inside out. This past year has been a big one for us here at Spacelab, but our belief has never changed. It still defines our purpose, driving every decision and direction we take as a business. And over the years we’ve brought this philosophy to a wide variety of exciting propositions and forward-thinking clients, ranging from Great Ormond Street Hospital and Goodwood Racecourse to community developments and FTSE 100 companies.

For us, people matter more than architecture. More than choosing the colour of a wall or carpet tile. More than generating big profits. Of course, all these things do still matter. But as a group of people we believe that we have a collective responsibility to make more of a positive impact on the world through the knowledge and experience we’ve gathered along the way. And that’s what we’ve been doing.

We feel incredibly proud and privileged to have all of our hard work recognised, and would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped us or worked with us along the way, from partners to clients and, of course, the incredible Spacelab team. Here’s to an exciting, unpredictable future working together.
