Haymarket Media Group asked Spacelab to conduct a workplace study to support them with finding a new office space of circa 70,000sqft. Using our rigorous workplace consultancy process, we were able to identify a number of ways we could make a new space work better for them, from both efficiency and improved ways of working perspectives. As a result of the study we were able to recommend 46,000sqft to accommodate their needs.
We inserted a striking new staircase and atrium through the heart of their new building, which connects each floor through the tea points and social areas, providing opportunities for chance interaction and knowledge sharing across the business.
