This development on 26 Naval Row on behalf of Guinness Housing Partnership will provide 26 new build affordable residential flats. The site is located in the Naval Row conservation area and the proposal is for the new building to retain the site’s original façade.
The residential level is comprised of one, two and three bedroom flats and provides private gardens on the ground floor and balconies on the upper floors. The communal rooftop encourages biodiversity and softens the hard materials of the building. This 100% affordable housing scheme is designed to create a contemporary environment in this urban context while preserving the heritage of the conservation area by retaining its intimate nature.
