On site at University of London

We're working with the University of London to help re-envisage the function of their home in the Grade II* Listed Senate House.

The original brief was to consolidate diverse teams from across the organisation in one space on the lower ground floor of the building – a dark space, previously used as storage for the library.

Following an in-depth piece of workplace consultancy, we've designed a light and welcoming workplace that gives their people a choice of workpoints to suit their varying needs and tasks, including a suite of meeting rooms, a training room, break-out spaces and the Dellar Hall – a space for the whole team to come together for meetings and events.

An external courtyard is currently in the process of being enclosed with an architecturally-designed, faceted structural glass roof and will be opened up laterally to the surrounding workspaces. It is due to complete at the end of the year. In the images below you can see what it will look like when complete.
